Why doesn’t my video/link work?

f your linked video is not playing correctly, make sure to follow these steps:
- Make sure you have the most current version of Quicktime
- Test that your video plays on your computer normally in QuickTime Player (as in, not loaded to the Pachyderm server )
- Try removing the video file from the Media section of the Pachyderm server and upload it again
- Make sure you are not in Preview mode. Links do not function in Preview mode.
- Go back to the originating page and set up the link again .
